2.2 inch beadlock silicone rim insert

Silicone insert mold for 2.2 inch wheel. Thickness 34 mm, inner diameter 62 mm, outer diameter 92 mm.
The form is twisted with 3 M3 screws, you need 2 M3 12mm and 1 M3 50mm.
I used silicone with a hardness of 25 shore scale to make the insert. One insert requires 130 grams of silicone plus the appropriate amount of catalyst (it depends on the silicone)
The finished liner is approximately 120 grams.

Forma wkladki z silikonu do koła 2.2 cala. Grubość 34 mm, średnica wewnętrzna 62 mm, średnica zewnętrzna 92 mm.
Forma skręcona na 3 śruby M3, potrzeba 2 szt M3 12mm i 1 szt M3 50mm.
Do sporządzenia wkłądki użyłem silikonu o twardości 25 skali shore. Na jedną wkładkę potrzeba 130 gram silikonu plus odpowiednia ilość katalizatora (to już zależy od danego silikonu)
Gotowa wkładka mniej więcej 120 gram.
