Large Format 3d Printer Updated X axis

Big prints require big extruders, and big extruders require more support. This X axis upgrade for my large format 3d printer allows for the use of larger and heavier extruders. All hardware from the original design can be reused in this design. The extruder carriage can be easily modified to fit any extruder by adding the stl to a modeling program and making holes to fit you extruder. Alternatively you can drill holes in the blank plate.

• 1x 1 meter aluminum extrusion

• 5x v slot bearings
• 2x eccentric nut
• 6x m5 nut

• X axis motor mount
• X axis idler mount
• 2x X axis backplate
  (Parts are provided in both left and right versions so that you can put the motor on either side of your printer.)
