Expedition to Newdale - Insert/Organizer

My contribution for an Insert/Organizer for Expedition to Newdale.

As for other inserts I create I aim for the following (in priority order):

• Enhance setup and tear-down part
• No need for covers of boxes but designed for horizontal and vertical storage
• Opted to store sleeved cards (not a requirement for this insert)
• Try to be as lightweight and resourceful as possible.

Hope I achieved my goal.

*Enhanced setup/tear-down part:
This time I tried something new (for me): as there are several different card-type trays I added icons to the individual trays to help sort them (see picture). This can be easily achieved in that way that the last 0.6mm (=3 layers with a layer height of .2) a manual filament change should be triggered. Switch the filament color and you are set.

The card trays are also designed to take them out of the box and put them on the table around the board. For the event deck, there is an upper tray that can be used to hold the deck of the current chapter. The chapter card tray can be used to take current the chapter card and put it on top (in case you stored the last card on the bottom of the deck)

The individual player trays have all components required for a quickstart except of the blue starting cards. I added a reminder on top of the tray (again height 0.6mm) to take the blue card(s).
As suggested by the manual, the cup is stored with the player who won the current chapter and is the last player next time.

For the bonus tile tray, I added the information on how many of them have to be randomly drawn based on player count (not to look it up in the manual).

For packing away, if you shuffle the building cards you can take the tray out of the box and start playing next time. And the current chapter card should go at the bottom of the corresponding deck.

*Try to be as lightweight and resourceful as possible.
The total amount of filament for the whole set is an appr 380g. It is a compromise based on flexibility in the different decks and to put them onto the table and in addition, still, be also stable. I tried it with less wall width but then they are getting very flimsy. Depending on your settings on the number of perimeters as well as infill etc your experience may vary - therefore I posted a screenshot for some recommended settings I used if you want to have a similar look.
All the parts can be printed without the need for a support structure. I added an overview of key settings in case you want to achieve a similar look.

Overall, again an interesting design. As there are not a lot of different layers of boxes this time it makes sense to prepare the files in such a way that identifications could be easily incorporated into the printing (with another color).
