Kobalt 24V Leaf Blower Nozzle (newer version for 2024B-03)

This is a nozzle for the Kobalt KHB 2024B-03 24V leaf blower. This one is specifically for the -03 newer model number blower. It has recesses that allow the nozzle to twist-lock onto the two tabs on the end of the blower's barrel.

Nozzles designed for the older model numbers won't fit on the -03 due to the addition of two tabs on the end of the barrel, and this nozzle likely won't fit on older blower models, though I haven't tried.

I suggest printing with a tough material, but I printed with PLA hot (+10C) and it seems to be decently strong. It's a perfect fit on my blower, but depending on your printer's tolerances, you may need to scale it very slightly for a good fit.

I also include an STL of the twist locking ring, which will allow you to design your own nozzle and mate them in CURA. The ID is 88.4mm and the OD is 90.4mm. Printing this is also good for testing the fit on your blower.
