Magnetbett-Fuehrung, magnetic bed guidance, PEI-Guide, PEI-Fuehrung, Anycubic

Ich habe für meinen Anycubic Mega X ein PEI beschichtetes, magnetisches Druckbett aus Federstahl direkt bei Anycubic gekauft. Tolle Sache! Weil mein Original-Druckbett mit Klammern befestigt war, musste ich für die Magnetfolie die Klammern entfernen. Nun war die Glasplatte natürlich nicht mehr befestigt. Deshalb klebte ich die Glasscheibe mit einem temperaturbeständigen Montagekleber für Metall und Glas auf das Heizbett (z.B. UHU POLYMAX).
Es stellte sich heraus, dass die Federstahlplatte nur schwer zu positionieren ist. Die Anziehungskraft der Magnetfolie ist so groß, dass ein nachträgliches Verschieben nicht möglich ist.
Dafür habe ich die Führungen entworfen. Die PEI-Platte wird angewinkelt gegen die Führungen gedrückt und dann abgesenkt.
Die Fuehrungen habe ich mit Sekundenkleber von unten gegen das Heizbett geklebt.
Ich habe die Führungen wegen der besseren Temperaturstabilität aus PETG gedruckt.

Leveln nicht vergessen!

Ein Leben ohne 3D-Drucker ist möglich, aber sinnlos!

I bought a PEI coated spring steel magnetic print bed for my Anycubic Mega X directly from Anycubic. Great thing! Because my original print bed was attached with clamps, I had to remove the clamps for the magnetic sheet. Now, of course, the glass plate was no longer attached. Therefore I glued the glass pane to the heating bed with a temperature-resistant assembly adhesive for metal and glass (e.g. UHU POLYMAX).
It turned out that the spring steel plate is difficult to position. The attraction of the magnetic sheet is so great that it cannot be moved afterwards.
That's why I designed the guides. The PEI plate is pressed against the guides at an angle and then lowered.
I glued the guides with superglue from below against the heating bed.
I printed the guides out of PETG for better temperature stability.

Don't forget to level!

Life without 3D printers is possible, but pointless!
