Replacement Cone .625 Stun Dart Cold Steel

I love to hit metal Targets with the Stun Dart, like rotating plates. Unfortunately the original cones wich come with the darts are not shockproof. I needed some replacements in notime. Nevertheless I couldn´t finde some on german marketplace.

I created this replacement part. It is designed to be printed with TPU. The Size fits exact for my needs. At the rear end of the cone there is a slightly staight area. This prevents the cone from size dependencies caused by wrong Z Calibration. On the other hand please ensure that your printer is calibrated right.

If your printer is slightly out of calibration you can try to resize the model into your slicer.

Later I will add another .625 cone for the Metal darts and also another version for carbon shafts.

I think the TPU cone is more durable than the hardplastic ones. But is is also double the wheight!
The stock Stun dart is just below 5 grams. With the TPU cone it is just above 5 grams. This stun darts are the heaviest darts from cold steel you can get. The normal ones are exact the same wheit as the broadhead ones.
