Important Increase wall thickness from stock slicer settings with all HeavyMetal accessories...
Recommend 1.6mm wall thickness (4x walls) with a 0.4mm nozzle and 30% gyroid infill density...
I would not recommend printing Cable Grip with larger than 0.4mm nozzle diameter
Pods & Arm Guards can alternately be printed with 0.6mm nozzle with 1.8mm wall thickness (3x walls) and 25 - 30% gyroid infill to achieve similar print results at reduced printing times. Pods should weight approximately 35 grams... Arm Guards should weight approximately 3grams each
Printing HeavyMetal - Battery Armor with a 0.6mm nozzle significantly increases the weight of battery box due to the thicker infill despite reducing infill density... for this reason 0.4mm nozzle with 1.6mm (4x walls) and 30% gyroid infill is recommended to achieve approximately 80 grams finished weight..
HeavyMetal - Battery ArmorV2.0 that has been modified to achieve a similar 80 gram weight profile while printing with a 0.6mm nozzle...
