Tiny Whoop Frame 66mm.

Hola! He diseñado el chasis de los drones F36/ H36 / E010 para sustituirlo en caso de que rompa. Para aumentar la vida del chasis, empecé concentrándome en la resistencia, pero después de unas cuantas pruebas, y un poco de práctica con el dron, ahora voy tras un chasis ligero.

• **Motores: ** Brushed 615. (6mm de diámetro y 15mm de largo)

Frame V6

Esta es la 6ª Versión que diseño, la cual sigue siendo muy similar al chasis original.
La principal innovación es la posición de la batería. Ahora se sitúa un poco más elevada respecto a las hélices. Así, al elevar el centro de masa del dron respecto a las hélices, conseguimos un dron algo menos estable pero más ágil. Esto es lo que busco ahora, conservando la Placa controladora del E010 sin modo acro.

Diferencias con el Chasis Original:

• Centro de masa más elevado
• 4 huecos para pasar los cables de motor
• Un par de pestañas para aguantar la batería

Peso:

• 6 gr aproximadamente en ABS.
• Un poco más si está fabricado en PLA

Frame V7

Para el siguiente diseño, intentare romper un poco con el aspecto original, quitar la protección de hélices, y acercarme más a la geometría clásica de X de los drones de carreras.
Los soportes de motores necesitan cambiar. Quizas de una manera flexible (un circulo sin cerrar), los motores quedaran major fijados, sin necesidad de cortar o lijar los agujeros por fallos de impresion

Hi! I´m designing the F36/ H36 / E010 frame to replace it if it breaks. In order to enlarge the useful life of the frame, I started to focus on the hardness, but after a couple test, and more practice with the drone, I stay looking for a light frame.

• The motor dimension in this drones are 6 mm diameter and 15mm long

Frame V6

This are the 6th version I´ve design, that it’s very similar than the original one.
The principal innovation is the position of the battery. Now it's a little bit moved up, The higher the center of mass the more agile the drone will be. That's what I'm looking for right now.

As difference whit the original, this frame has:

• Different mass center
• 4 holes to pass the motor cables.
• A pair of tab to hold the battery.

Weight:

• 6 gr approximately in ABS.
• A little bit more if it´s PLA

Frame V7

Fort the next design I will break with the original aspect, get off the propellers protections, and go into something similar to classic carbon racing drone frames.
The motor holders need a change. Maybe with a flexible way (not a closed circle), the motors will fit better, without cutting or sanding the hole due to tolerance faults.
Also the motors need a lower protection in order to prevent cables from being scratched against the ground.
