15€-Single-Speed-Tumbler

This is a 15€ Tumbler. I use it for finishing my Colorfabb Bronzefill prints. The maximum print size is limited to 70x150mm. These are the inside dimensions of the jar.
I wanted to have a cheap solution, with most of the things being printed. The only parts not being printed are:
1x 25mm geared electric motor. I used a 100RPM and 33 RPM one. (will stay with the 33 RPM one because it's more silent). The files are fitting 25GA-370 motors. Please note: there is a 2:1 gear ratio in the design. A 33 RPM motor will lead to 16.5RPM of the jar.

4x 608 ZZ Bearings, mostly known form skateboards. They are 8x22x7mm in size: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B09LS1T8MG

Also needed (These are things I assume already laying around):
4x M3x16mm screws, 4x M3 nuts, 2x zip ties (not more than 5mm in width), a 12V power supply and some soldering.

From the files section you need to print:
1x base.stl
1x gear.stl
1x jar.stl
1x lid.stl
4x bearing_axle_front.stl
4x bearing_axle_back.stl

Assembly is done quick:
Press the gear on the axle of the motor. This might take some force.
Put each of the nuts into the hexagonal spaces from each of the bearing_axle_back.
Place the bearings in the middle of the bearing holders printed on the base.
Fix the bearing by sliding bearing_axle_front and bearing_axle_back through all of the 4 bearing holders and bearings. Place the bearing axle_back to face the back side of the base (where the gears will be). Fix the assemblies by a M3x16mm screw.

Solder the motor to the power supply (or a connector, as you like).

The polarity defines the rotating direction. It is mandatory, to select the rotating direction to clockwise.

Place the Jar on top of the bearings. Place the motor to the motor holder so that the gear is on a good position to the jar's gear. Fix the motor using the zip ties. Fill the jar with your material and part of your choice.
