Surron Ultra Bee Handle Bar Mounting Bracket

This is the design i created to mount my phone to my Surron Ultra Bee.
you need 7 3,5mmx16mm screws to mount it all together.
The "Body Base" will be installed be removing the handle bar of your bike and placing the little round extension at the bottom inside of the big forkscrew.
Then you just install your handlebar again, clamping the base down with it.
After you installed your handle bar again put the "QuadLockMale" inside of the square of the "Top Mount" and secure it from the backside with the "Bottom Fix" and one of the screws. Now you can put the "Top Mount" ontop of the "Body Base" with the arm facing towards the back of the bike and screw it down with 6 screws.
Now you just have to attach the "QuadLock" to the thing you want to mount on the bike and youre done.
Now install the Phone lock mechanism like its shown in the picture. Tighten the screws only so much that the locking mechanism is tight but you are still able to move it back and forth.

I printed it all in PETG with 55% For the two big parts and 100% infill for the small parts.

I added the .f3d file to the files so you can modify it for your needs easier.
