Description

Tired of small parts always being just out of reach? Here's a handy tray you can add to your Park Tool Bike Stand!

The design of this model requires a few extra steps, but I promise it's not hard at all! Fits Park Tool Bicycle Stands with a 37mm main support pole (round)

Additional Parts Required:
  • 4x - M3 x 15mm Allen Head Screws
  • 4x - M3 x 6mm x 5mm Brass Threaded Inserts - Amazon Link
  • 2x - Small Pieces of Thin Rubber (an old bicycle inner tube works great!)

Print Settings:

Clamp & Tray
Printed in Lake Blue Hatchbox PETG 0.15mm Layer Height 4 Perimeters 15% Infill (Gyroid) While it may not be completely necessary, the tray in the images was printed with modifier cubes surrounding the clamp screw insert bosses (see slicer screenshot). The settings were modified to Rectilinear Infill (100%) in those areas.
Tray Pad
Printed in Black Overture TPU 0.15mm Layer Height 2 Perimeters 100% Infill Once all the parts are printed, simply press the threaded inserts into the clamp screw bosses (on the tray piece) with a hot soldering iron and you're ready to mount it on your stand! To prevent the tray from moving, the two small pieces of rubber can be placed between the plastic parts and the metal pole.
Please post a Make if you found this model useful! Happy Printing!
