Description
This is a seal and cable outlet for a DN75 Cable Conduit like this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6118794
It allows to safely route up to 5 cables through the conduit.
In my case this were the following underground cables:
1x 5x2.5mm²
2 x 5x1.5mm²
1 x Telephone Cable
1 x CAT7 Cable
The clamps are botled together with M8 screws. Better use washers, as there is quite some force to be applied.
The inlays have to be printed 4 times in TPU or any other soft material. Print two of them mirrored, as the four outside holes are in two different diameters.
Do not use too much infill, as it is pretty fiddly to get everything together and requires some squeezing.
The clamps have to be printed two times and should be as solid as possible. I believe I used 95% infill and 1.5mm wall thickness. As the seal is burried under ground and no UV radiation or a like may harm it, i printed the clamps in PLA.
