Achtung, es erweist sich:

• Das das verwendete weisse PLA offenbar minderwertig ist. Die Schrauben sind alle abgebrochen.
• Jetzt ist auch der Abstandshalter_1 zerbrochen.

Ich ersetze die Teile jetzt durch anderes PLA (sinnvoller wäre sicherlich PETG, wegen der Sonneneinstrahlung und Erwärmung. Schwarzes PLA-Filament wird weich! (Siehe Windmühle: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5293025 oder https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6059514 Wasserrad)

Abhilfe:
Den Druck so legen, dass die Belastungslinien quer zur Druckrichtung liegen.

Spacer

Attention, it turns out:

• The white PLA used is obviously inferior. The screws are all broken off.
• Now the spacer_1 is also broken.

I am now replacing the parts with other PLA (PETG would certainly make more sense, because of the sunlight and heating. Black PLA filament becomes soft! (See windmill: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5293025 or https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6059514 water wheel).

Remedy:
Place the print so that the load lines are perpendicular to the print direction.
