Rail for 'Park Lite' parking disc. Flip the side as on the picture to keep everything readable.

Why would you need the rail?
Changing the battery and setting the time afterwards could be difficult. Another reason is, you can stick it lower to the windshield and don't need to keep distance for the battery openening. And maybe you want to clean the complete windshield, not around the parking disc.
How to mount: attach the rails to the parking disc. press it against the windshield.
