Strong Velcro Strap Holder

Yesturday I helped a good friend to improve his Camper.

Therefore I printed some Velcro holders to mount the Solar Panel & its Cable securely to a wall. The holders are for different widths of velcro and very strong. (I hang myself onto them as a test :D)

There are 3 different sizes.

Small: For Velcro Bands up to 14 mm width.
Medium: For Velcro Bands up to 22 mm width.
Large: For Velcro Bands up to 30 mm width.

To mount the holder I recommend using 3,5 mm wooden screws. Always make sure not to not to overdo it when tightening the screws.

In the Car I used ASA Filament, 0,3mm layer Height, 0,6 mm Nozzle, 3 Perimeter & 25% infill.

Annother feature of this design is that the excess cable can be put in between the holder and the wall. So it will not open accidentally and look a lot cleaner. You also may take a very long strap and cycle it around several times this way.

Also the design is not only designed for cable management but can also withstand heavier tasks like storing tools.
