Description

The weight of the Intex piston valve creates pressure on the liner due to the injection nozzle
To avoid this, you can use this support which offsets this effort by distributing it over the pool envelope.
The design of the part is made to limit the quantity of material to just enough.

The part has been designed with a distance between the fulcrum of the valve and the pool liner of 12 cm. (11.95)
This distance can be easily adjusted (more or less) at the time of printing by using the zoom function of your slicer along the Z axis.
This adaptation only slightly modifies the other characteristics of the part.

An embossed version that plays with the word "Intex" is proposed, it uses the arm to take up the effort to symbolize an inverted T...
A "NoName" version is also available.

Le poids de la vanne à piston Intex crée une pression sur le liner du fait de la buse d'injection
Pour l'éviter vous pouvez utiliser ce support qui déporte cet effort en le répartissant sur l'enveloppe de la piscine.
Le dessin de la pièce est fait pour limiter la quantité de matière au juste suffisant.

La pièce a été dessinée avec une distance entre le point d'appui de la vanne et le liner de la piscine de 12 cm. (11.95)
Cette distance peut être réglée simplement (en plus ou en moins) au moment de l'impression en utilisant la fonction d'agrandissement de votre slicer selon l'axe Z.
Cette adaptation ne modifie que faiblement les autres caractéristiques de la pièce..
