Geodesic Suspension Lamp with Interchangeable Faces

Hi, here is my remix !

It's my first big project ... let me know what u think and improvements are welcome ;)

This is a Suspension Lamp made with Truncated Icosahedron, with only regular Hexagons and Pentagons.

I made interchangeable faces, so you can print frames and faces with different materials and create any association you want to match your room !

BUILD :

• Print frames (2 walls / 2 top / 2 bottom / 0.2 / infill 0.4, 12% storm, one extra line support above layer)
• Print faces (2 walls / 0.2)
• Slide Faces into Frames
• Assemble Hex frames around Penta frame with transparent 2.5mm rizlan/cerflex into 3mm holes
• Continue to print Frames and Faces and build the suspension you want ! Half sphere ? Full Sphere ? As you want !
• You can also place/change faces after assembly !
• Top part where cable pass through : Print ONLY ONE TOP (same parameters as frame but infill 20% grid), choose between Penta Top OR Hex Top (the hole for cable is 7mm)
  *[If u use 2 materials for frame and faces, start printing the Top piece with the same material as your faces, once the thick face is done and u see your printer do only the frame, pause printer and change filament ! (or use filament change script if your printer can read it), put the same material as other frames and continue printing]
  [Top is the only part where u cannot change face, but i didn't find any good way to be interchangeable and solid to hold the whole thing at the same time... I tried with a 1mm face but it's not rigid enough to assure security ... Help is welcome, let me know]

CREATE YOUR OWN FACES :

• I added sketch for it ! Check image below in How i designed this ! (exterior line is the inside frame limit, middle line is the exterior of the face, between exterior line and middle line is a tolerance of 0.5 to slide face into frame, interior line of the sketch is the inside frame limit. So design what u want in the middle of the sketch, and extrude it to 0.4 with the band between interior line and middle line, and let the tolerance band intact)

I did mine with Wood Frames, and Marble Faces (i previously tried with White Transparent but don't looks great)
