This is the stock backplate for the EnderXY reverse engineered to allow others to create custom toolheads.
Personally, if you're designing a toolhead I'd ignore this part and bolt it directly to the MGN12 block as this part deforms very easily due to the design of the belts being clamped between this plate and the MGN12 block.
