Description

passend zum alignment tool habe ich nun noch einen Spannungsprüfer für Gates CDX Riemen.

Man benötigt:

  • 2x Flachmaterial Stahl oder Alu 20x4mm 250mm lang
  • 1x Senkschraube M5x40
  • 1x Zylinderschraube M5x10
  • 1x Scheibe 5,4mm
  • 4x Zylinderschraube M5x25
  • 4x Mutter M5
  • Gutekunst Feder: VD-142C (gibt es auch in einem kleinen Shop / einfach googeln)

Die Teile sind so konstruiert, dass es annähernd gleich funktioniert/prüft wie das Original von Gates.

Falls jemand etwas ändern möchte, hab ich auch die STEP Daten hochgeladen.
Ich übernehme keine Haftung für falsche Handhabung oder Messfehler.

zwei unterschiedliche Versionen:
V1 für eine kleinere Vorspannung der Feder, sodass eine Federkraft von 9,9N bis 11N im grünen Bereich ist. / Auslenkung des Riemens 7-12mm
V2 für eine größer Vorspannung der Feder, sodass eine Federkraft von 13,4N bis 14,5N im grünen Bereich ist. / Auslenkung des Riemens 7-12mm

You need:

The parts are designed to work/test approximately the same as the original from Gates.

If someone wants to change something, I also uploaded the STEP data.
I do not take any liability for wrong handling or measuring errors.
