Ender 3 v3 SE screen dust cover

Simple dust cover for screen for Ender 3 v3 SE - I haven't found existing project for this model (and screen differs for other models from what I saw), so I made my own - and since I already had it, I decided to share (sharing is caring)

I've added version with no cutout, for all of you that mounted screen in non-standard way and don't need it (I saw it on some pics)
