Low Profile Drip Tray for Gaggiuino

This is a custom low profile drip tray specifically designed for the Gaggiuino Hardware Scales.

It is inspired by the Gaggiuino design by Loogle

Important Notes

• Use infill >= 20 % to ensure that the center of gravity does not shift to far forward - the more the better really. I also added some holes in the back corners for threaded bolts (M3) if you want to add weight manually.
• Softly sand the surface of the magnet stand-offs flat to ensure a good interface between the scale hardware and the drip tray.
• You may also want tp decrease the support-to-print-distance slightly to increase the quality of underside surfaces (mainly the stand-off ones).
• You may also want to use a Brim to avoid elephants foot.

With such a low profile it is pretty difficult to make the print use no support at all. This tray can be printed as is or upside down. I printed mine right side up. You will need support either way. I tried optimizing the design to use as least support in either orientation while also beeing able to hold as much water as possible.

I personally like to print in the normal orientation so the round over at the front looks nice. That orientation is the quicker option anyway.
