Description

Beefed up, thickened and fortified intake elbow with flame trap and idle air control fittings for N/A LH Jetronic Volvo B230f engines. Comes in two variants: factory offset version based off the ones from Volvo 700 and 900 series (may not fit Volvo 200 series and may interfere with brake booster lines on certain intake setups), and extra offset version (altered based on Volvo 200 series to give clearance for brake booster and shock tower, may fit other models as long as intake hose is clear).

Does not fit turbo model
Cannot verify if it fits B200f engine or European spec models

Spec:
2.5 inch outlet (to throttle body)
3.0 inch inlet (to intake hose)

All versions requires a 2.5 inch silicone coupling to connect to throttle body, and depending on your current intake setup, an extra 3.0 inch silicone coupling may be needed to connect intake elbow to intake hose.

(Please note: A flex duct must be used on NA Redblocks to connect the intake elbow to the MAF sensor on the air box/ cold air intake setup mounted in the engine bay. You will risk breaking ANY plastic intake elbows (3D printed or factory replacement) + the MAF sensor if you connect a hard pipe to it and mount an unsupported cone air filter on the other end then let the whole thing bounce around in the engine bay... Part is intended to be a short term REPAIR item or semi-long term replacement when the specific replacement piece is unavailable. This is due to the nature of 3D printed thermoplastics and DO NOT use any 3D printed air ducts on any forced air induction setup! Any 3D printed components installed within the engine bay of a vehicle requires regular inspection to insure proper working condition. Print and use this design at your own risk.
This part cannot be used for commercial purposes due to CAD software licensing agreement. I do not intend on profiting from this design and it's solely created for myself and the RWD Volvo community as a DIY repair component. )
