8th Doctor's Dark Eyes Sonic Screwdriver (Light & Sound Compatible)

This is a remix of the the Dark Eyes sonic by fetasigma that is compatible with the light and sound tube from the Personalize Your Sonic Screwdriver and Transtemporal Sonic Screwdriver toys. I printed my emitter in clear PLA and painted everything except for the emitter crystal so that it is the only part that lights up.

I printed everything standing up with tree supports with no problem.

The button must be put into the body before the light and sound tube as the tube is what holds it in place.

The body was printed at 20% infill while the clear emitter was printed at 100%.

There are 2 different emitters, the hollow one has a hollow emitter crystal to allow for better lighting while the solid one should just be printed at the same infill you choose for the body.

Update:
1-26-2024 - For some reason the file names for the solid and hollow emitters are being swapped when you use the download all files button but not if you download all the files individually. So please make sure you preview in your slicer to double check you are printing the part you want before you start printing!

2-27-2024 - I think I've finally sorted the problem with the two different emitters. They should be labeled correctly now but do please still preview in your slicer before you start printing!
