Description
3D printers have come a long way in the last 10 years. For those of us who started off as low income hobbyists, bedslinger printers were all we could afford. Now we're experienced in 3D printing - self proclaimed experts in many cases. For this reason we abandoned bed slingers for their better performing younger sibling, the corexy.
At times there is a yearning; a nostalgic desire to experience the good old days when things were simple. A time when we didn't worry about resonance and belt tension. A time filled with uncertainty and failures. A time that was fun.
As a gift, I present to you the layer shifted calibration cube. With this piece, you can relive the days of layer shifting. Remember the times when the magnetic bed on your ender 3 slipped for no reason. The times when you forgot to move your bedslinger away from the wall. The times when the printer just jammed and you couldn't figure out why.
With this item you can experience the good old days and escape the dark realities just for a moment.
This glorious calibration cube is layer shifted by 0.4mm in not just one axis but two - leaving you more confused than ever as to why this happened. For added realism we have baked elephants foot into the model itself to give you a novice print without recalibrating your Z height.
Now with added Z wobble!
