Nerf Delta Trooper barrel side rails

Two part construction that inserts into the "vents" in the side of the Delta Trooper's barrel extension to add standard Nerf attachment rails. As well as the files here, you'll also need one of scope7tango's rail detents, found here.

The length of the rail means that you can fit one rail to any of the three vents, or two rails at a time on the front vent and the back vent - you cannot fit two rails on the front and middle or the middle and back.

The "chopped" rail has a small cutout on the back end so it fits over the small bump on the barrel extension near the back vent, and will fit on all three of the vents, but will be a little more annoying to print with more support material. The "FM" rail does not have the cutout and only properly fits on the front and middle vents, you could use it on the back but it won't sit completely right.

Hardware:

• 2x Nerf shell screws; recommended to use the longer 11mm screw typically used on most Nerf shells, also works with the shorter 9mm screws that are used on rail sections of Nerf shells.

Installing:

Unscrew the blue section of the Delta Trooper's barrel extension, and the blue shell halves should come free from the orange barrel section. Press the inserts firmly into the vent holes with the flared base on the inside part of the shell. If you're having trouble getting the inserts to fit, see the notes below. Insert the rail detent into the rail piece, and then insert and thread the screws into the two parts to secure them together.
