Built-in speaker for Panasonic laptop Let's Note CF-SZ6

An internal speaker of CF-SZ6 of Panasonic laptop. It is stored in a space for installing the optical drive of the PC.

● Frontpanel.stl

• In the CURA print settings, it is recommended that you select "Super Quality -0.12mm" as a profile and print it.
• I think it is better to paint the surface with the same color as the PC itself.

● Speakermount.stl

• The speakers I used are the 4Ω40mm ones found here.

• I think it is necessary to make a small modification depending on the size of the speaker you purchased. Autodesk Fusion file has also been uploaded, so please correct it as appropriate. Speaker CF-SZ6 v1.f3d
• In the CURA print settings, it is recommended that you select and print "Tree" as a support structure.

★ How to assemble

• I cut a brass mesh of 0.3mm thick as a grill to 94mm x 8mm.

  Put the grill mesh between Frontpanel and Speakermount. Attach the two parts with tape.

• Insert the speaker into Speakermount and fix it with a hot bond.

• Fix it using the screws that have fixed the original lid.

• Cut the wiring between the original speaker and the connector of the PC and change it to a new speaker. I used a small PH connector so that I could get the connection to the original speaker as needed.

PanasonicのノートPC CF-SZ6の内部スピーカーです。PCの光学ドライブ取り付け用の空間に収納します。

●FrontPanel.stl
・CURAのプリント設定では、プロファイルとして「Super Quality -0.12mm」を選択して印刷するのがお勧めです。
・表面をPC本体と同じ色で塗装しておくとよいと思います。

●SpeakerMount.stl
・私の使ったスピーカーはこちらにある4Ω40mmの物です。

★組付け方
・私はグリルとして厚さ0.3mmの真鍮のメッシュを94mm x 8mmにカットして使いました。https://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/B00AQBARSS
グリル用のメッシュをFrontPanelとSpeakerMountの間に挟みます。2つのパーツをテープで張り付けます。
・スピーカーをSpeakerMountにはめ込んでホットボンドで固定します。
・元の蓋を固定していたネジを使って固定します。
・PCの元々のスピーカーとコネクタの間の配線をカットし、新しいスピーカーにつなぎ変えます。私は小型のPHコネクタを使い、必要に応じてオリジナルのスピーカーに接続を戻せるようにしました。
