Yeti Hopper Cooler Hitchpoint Grid System Collection - Also Fits 1” Molle Webbing & Straps

Have a Yeti Hopper cooler with their 1” strap and loop Hitchpoint Grid and wish you could make it more versatile? Something extra for tailgates, road trips, or a day at the beach? Here’s a start. These designs were made for “hard” TPU, A95 or greater. I printed the Molle adapter suspension strap at 100% infill, 50% for my Colster, cup, snack and can or bottle holders. These should work for the Yeti Panga and Camino tote bags also.

WARNING: I HAVE NOT TESTED THESE IN FILAMENT OTHER THAN A95 TPU. “Hard” filaments may need strap connector openings widened.

There are several STL files posted. One is a horizontal, suspension strap allowing for molle pouches or gear with large belt loops and the like. Since it measures 225mm from end to end and may be large, even if printed diagonally, for some build plates. There is a second version, comprised of four assembly files, for printing on smaller beds. The small version also allows you slide assorted belt hung sheaths or pouches on the strap before assembly. For heavier items two straps may be used. Photos show a USGI medics IFAK attached.

The next two files consist of one holder sized to accommodate Yeti Colsters and Ramblers, the other for cans and bottles. Either will work for holding snacks, napkins, utensils etc. as shown in photos.

Lastly, is a file, I posted elsewhere, that allows nylon sheaths with a 1” nylon strap to join with 1” nylon straps running in the same direction. Illustration shows my Leatherman accessories kit attached.
