Description

This thruster propeller is printed in parts then assembled. The blades are printed vertically, making little to no cleanup.
The motor is a 750KV brushless outrunner with a mounting kit.

The three blade delivers around 12.5N of thrust using 75Watts of power on a 12volt system. We operate the thruster at half speed, providing better control. The two blade design provides greater overall thrust, but the three blade design is more efficient at low and mid speeds.

The blade design is symmetrical. While we have sacrificed overall top speed, we have greater control during turning and precise maneuvering. These are times when propellers thrust in opposite directions.

A two blade propeller is also available.
