E-bike battery cowls, hold (6) Milwaukee M18 batteries lower and (6) upper.
The lower battery mount has been fixed and there is also an updated version.
I printed all of these parts with PETG
Fits retro Mongoose Mountain bike, model: Inferno and MGX, may fit others.
Notes:
- You may need to get a wider spindle or remove the smallest front sprocket.
- Parts may not be perfect, and you might need mesh fixes in order to print properly.
- The motor controller housing is a tight fit, as well as V2. I have (3) of these frames, and the center triangle is a little different on each. V3 will be designed for all with the egg-shaped frames and eliminate the sharp corners.
- You will need to drill holes, find appropriate hardware, and possibly print spacers, for a good fit.
- More V2 parts coming soon, I will work to fix any issues, get a hardware list, and add a build log.
- I added pictures of the batteries; I originally had purchased battery connectors but have switched to printing the model by JUSS10, I also had to make a cut down version of the pack connector for the lower cowl, they do not allow remixes so, you'll have to figure out how to make all (6) batteries fit. its tight, but there should be a little space for wire connections.
