Tall Simucube emergency e-stop button mount (8020)

This is for tall versions of the e-stop (~7mm taller than shorter variants). Vileska's “Torque off E-stop Button Simucube 2 Pro Cover” wasn't suitable for my emergency stop due to variations in some Simucube components from different regions. I'm living in Australia and I believe my e-stop is the European one, where the height is taller. This meant to mount his e-stop model, I needed to use washers behind it to bridge the gap between base of print and the mounting holes in 8020 extrusion. In addition to this height adjustment, I've also fixed the mounting holes to the main part of the model, so no attachment or gluing is necessary. This can be done with minimal waste by using tree supports.
