40mm T-Slot Clips for holding paper

A twist-in clip for 40mm aluminum extrusion T-Slot framing, for holding paper (or thick cardstock) notes or signs.

• Designed for a tight, twist-in, pressure-held fit. The hold pressure increases as the clip is twisted into a 40mm T-Slot frame.
• This design uses gap spacing as small as 0.2mm in some spots, so make sure your 3D printer is properly tuned (especially the first layer nozzle-to-bed spacing to avoid first layer "elephants foot" expansion), and enable "thin walls" in your slicer to prevent thin gaps sticking together.
• Designed for, and tested using, PET-G material.
