Description

German translation after the english part

Adapter to connect a Black & Decker Sander Mouse BDM55 Type 1 to the osVac system. The osVac M32 connector is created by the library Vacuum hose adapters for OpenSCAD.

Prints with small supports (i have used "Tree supports" under the noses of the osVac connector. Currently not tested, so i don't know if the walls are strong enough (min. wall strength: 1.6mm), but i will report.

Update:

  • 2025-02-03: Version 4
    • shortened transition between machine connection and osVAC
    • offset of the osVAC M32 to the machine connection reduced so that there is sufficient clearance to the cable
    • max. overhang of 45 degrees (in the inside)
  • 2025-02-01: Version 3
    • “straight” transition between machine connection and osVAC
    • removed because the osVAC M32 was positioned too high
  • 2025-01-31: Version 2
    • Elimination of small gaps
    • 30% infill, but pay attention to solid walls

Adapter zum Anschluss eines Black & Decker Schwingschleifers BDM55 Type 1 an das osVac-System. Der osVac M32-Anschluss wird von der Bibliothek Vacuum hose adapters for OpenSCAD erstellt.

Druckt mit kleinen Supports (ich habe „Tree Supports“ unter den Nasen des osVac-Anschlusses verwendet. Derzeit nicht getestet, so weiß ich nicht, ob die Wände stark genug sind (min. 1,6mm), aber ich werde berichten.

    • verkürzter Übergang zwischen Maschinenanschluss und osVAC
    • Versatz des osVAC M32 zum Maschinenanschluss verringert, damit genügend Spiel zum Kabel bleibt
    • max. 45 Grad Überhang (im Inneren)
  • 01.02.2025: Version 3
    • mit einem "geraden" Übergang zwischen Maschinenanschluss und osVAC
    • entfernt, da der osVAC M32 zu hoch angeordnet war
  • 31.01.2025: Version 2
    • Beseitigung kleiner Gaps
    • 30% Infill, aber auf massive Wände achten
