Description
EDIT5: Added speaker membrane left, right boxes and panel. I divided this boxes to box and panel to print it without support and Both boxes have closed box space and on back panek hole for passive mebrane 3". it improves bass interpretation significantly so I recommend to make this design.
EDIT 4.4.2025: in pcb there is missing +5VDC supply on esp32 board. uploaded new gerber data.
EDIT 14.March 2025: updated gerber files, moved IR from 37 to 21 and power 3,3V for IR
This is my design and build of an internet radio based on the Yoradio project, using an ESP32-S3-DevKit-1 (42 pins), a 3.5-inch TFT LCD display (ILI9488), a PCM5102 DAC, and a 60W Class D amplifier.
The design involves working with high-voltage wiring, so it is not suitable for beginners, children, or inexperienced users.
This is not a complete build manual, as creating one would be very time-consuming.
Refer to the pictures; they are self-explanatory.
