I redesigned the basic RTI ramp so that the 200mm long ramp can be printed in much less than 2 hours even with different color letters/numbers.
This ramp has a 20 degree incline.
Accuracy is within (+/-) 1mm.
Supports may be required for the very tip of the ramp. All others can be printed without supports.
Put together in this order (glue is not necessary, but it's up to you):
Print the base first.
Print and insert the bars into the base note the angled top of the short bars, the shorter side of the part goes toward the base cutout, please check the images for proper orientation
Print and insert the ramp into the base cutout and align the top ramp insertion points with the bars and press it down firmly.
Slide the side numbers/measurement bars piece into the assembly (at a slight angle so the bars can slide past the cutouts on the side of the ramp) and then press the tops of the side numbers/measurement bars into the cutouts in the side of the ramp.
