HO Banked Track Barriers

This is a design for HO slot car track barriers to support banked curves. A bank angle of 30 degrees is assumed. There are also STL files for straight track sections with a constant 30 degree bank angle.

There are two options for each 45 degree track section, with or without a notch to allow for the use of my banked track supports (see https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5749355). This has been tested with Tyco track sections which provide for a 9 inch radius, 45 degree curve banked at 30 degrees. While the barriers can be attached without them, small holes are provided to allow the use of small screws to allow for a more solid attachment to the track wall. Also tested with 12 inch radius Aurora banked track sections.

In the version 3 files, an interesting point addressed is that due to the bank angle, the outside radius of a 12 inch radius banked track section is actually 11.5 inches, and similarly 8.8 inches for a 9 inch radius banked track section. The recommended/corresponding STL files are: TrackBarrierBanked3-45N-12 and TrackBarrierBanked3-45N-9.

This is a work in progress (my second try), where there is still a need for straight track barriers that provide a transition from a bank to a flat section (e.g. 30 to 20, 20 to 10, 10 to 0). Still at a loss of how to do this:-)
