Original text by the author:
I designed a foldable hanger and spent a lot of time testing the functionality of its print-in-place hinge. After multiple iterations, and I’ve finally arrived at this version. After printing, you’ll need to apply a bit of force to separate the connected parts at the hinge. The side of the hinge is sloped, so the two parts won’t completely come apart. Once separated, The hinge rotates smoothly and is sturdy. I used PLA Basic for printing, and the results were excellent. If you encounter any issues during printing, feel free to leave a comment.
