This customizable drawer wheel solves two major issues I encountered while browsing existing solutions on Thingiverse:
1. The split design allows you to replace a wheel without needing to remove the drawer slide, or needing to replace the existing metal stud with a bolt.
2. By having multiple parts, it's trivial to have BOTH a stand-off on the wall side and a stud-head-recess on the drawer side. These reduce friction and make a huge difference. (other designs that do this require build supports)
Additional Notes:
* One of the customizer parameters is "Kerf", so you can get the parts to fit together without much post-processing.
* I used a couple dabs of CA glue on the outer ring to hold it in place. There's no real reason to glue the other two parts together.
* The hardest part about using this design is getting the old wheel off! I used pliers to hold the wheel while I used various cutting instruments to crack it in half
