Description
##A modular set of drill bit holders, that can be combined to make a till.
This model uses the base Frenchfinity System- which is a modular universal French Cleat system created by Bastelsaal.
In addition it uses the wonderful work of @BloodyT Skelton Base Anchor Plate (which doesn't appear to be on Thingverse)
Along with including the STL files I used to build my till, I have included Fusion360 Models to generate custom STL/3mf files by only changing a few parameters. Note: I am using the Personal Use version of 360, so I can't include optional features, if you don't want a front slot on one of the parts, you can find that extrusion cut in the timeline and suppress the feature.
There are a several modular models that make up my completed, till. You will also notice in the completed print I use some Gridfinity bins as drawers as well
###Frenchfinity-Tray
This is a simple tray, you can lay pencils or a few bits in. It can be useful for things beyond this drill bit till.
###Frenchfinity-BradPoint
Holds a set of Brad Point bits. The hole locations, sizes and labels are all parameters in the Fusion 360 files.
###Frenchfinity-ShelfBackerPlate
This is used as a backer plate to drop the till down a tier. The strength of French Cleats comes from the weight bearing against the back support, not down on the cleat itself. So the shelf area performs 2 purposes to extend back to the original Base Anchor Plate, and the shelf area is then used to hold Gridfinity plates and bins for drawers. There are 2 versions of the the ShelfBackerPlate in my completed till, which were created by simply changing parameters in the Fusion360 File
###Frenchfinity-Forstner
Holds a set of Forstner bits. The hole locations, sizes and labels are all parameters in the Fusion 360 files.
###Frenchfinity-Miscbit
Holds miscellaneous hex bits, such as self-centering, deburers, step bits, plug cutters, etc.
###Printing Details
Probably should be printed with PETG but I have printed with PLA+
