Description
I found the original on Thingiverse and thought it was amusing. I quickly realized that a larger fridge magnet version would be at least 20% more amusing, so I made this remix.
I've scaled up the original model's over-all dimensions and then added a few millimeters to the thickness so there would be space to add a couple of magnets.
The X/Y dimensions of this print are 155x60, so it should fit fine on most FDM printers.
The magnets I used are 9x3mm neodymium disk magnets that I already had on-hand. These can be purchased relatively cheap online. As an alternative, you could cut a strip of peel and stick magnetic sheet and attach that to the back of your print.
If you are printing with a .4mm nozzle and a layer height of .2mm, you will want to set your filament change to start just after the 21st layer finishes.
