Guitar Fret Beveller

Designed this one based off a few I saw on Amazon, with a 12" radius and 4 slots for the file at 3°, 23°, 37° and 90°. Most of what I saw though had a radius on one side only, and 90° edges. I added the radius to both sides, and rounded every edge to make it comfortable.

The holes were designed to use

• Hanglife M6 x 9 x 8 threaded inserts (part: HLTI-M6-SET01)
• HM Machine Screw, M6 x 10mm Pan Head (12mm wide head) (in Canada, Home Hardware 2122-033)
• Nicholson 8" Rectangular Double/Single Cut Handy File (model: 06601N)

You'll need a soldering iron for the threaded inserts, and the file needs the handle cut off.

Print wise, the threaded inserts needed 6 walls thick. I printed mine with 6 walls, 15% infill with ABS, stood straight up with lettering at the top, and rotated so the seam runs down the side not the radiused part. I used tree support for the insert holes, and a brim to help make sure it stayed up.
