This is a custom pop-up (click-clack) drain stopper cap designed to replace the standard, boring metal ones in your bathroom sink. The design is thread-less; it uses its own weight and water pressure to create a perfect seal.

My Key Improvement: The biggest feature is the improved O-ring groove. Unlike the original design where the O-ring falls off easily, this version has a special groove that "locks" the O-ring in place. It will not fall off even when you remove the stopper for cleaning.

Max Diameter: 3.5 cm (35mm)

Total Height (with stem): 1.75 cm (17.5mm) (This fits most standard basin drains, but please check yours.)

1. Required Parts (Not 3D Printed):

1x Silicone O-Ring (Gasket): You will need one specific silicone O-ring to complete the seal.

Specification: The exact model I used is "37*29 弹跳胶圈" (Pop-up Gasket, likely 37mm OD x 29mm ID).

How to find: I bought mine on Taobao (淘寶). You can find it by searching for this exact keyword (in Chinese): "洗手盆弹跳下水器的橡胶垫面盆下水口盖子堵水密封圈硅胶皮圈配件"

🟩 列印設定 (Print Settings)

IMPORTANT: Supports are REQUIRED. Because of the improved anti-drop O-ring groove, you must print this model with supports enabled.

Rafts: Not necessary, but you can use a brim if you have adhesion issues.

Supports: Yes (Mandatory) - For the O-ring groove overhang.

Resolution: 0.15mm or 0.2mm (0.2mm is fine)

Infill: 20-30%

Filament: PETG or PLA (PETG is recommended for better durability in wet environments)

重要：必須開啟支撐 (Supports) 由於我設計了「防脫落 O 型環溝槽」，這個模型在列印時必須開啟支撐，才能正確印出溝槽的懸垂結構。
