Zwei identische Teile werden in PETG gedruckt, der Lüfter 40x40x20 und die Wellrohre mit Außendurchmesser 24 mm (hier Marke Auprotec, innen 19 mm) eingesteckt und die Teile mit M4er Schrauben fest zusammengeschraubt, ohne jede Dichtung. Das Wellrohr hält dann auch sicher im Gehäuse. Das Ganze wird nicht 100 % druckdicht, aber das muss es auch nicht, es funktioniert wunderbar so, ohne Geruch im Camper, auch im Sommer.

Die Schraubengröße ist auf den Fotos, ich habe M4 Buchschrauben verwendet. Es geht aber auch mit langen M5, die Schrauben und Muttern sitzen dann eben oben auf.

Der Halter wird an Wand/Decke/Boden geschraubt und der Adapter eingeklickt. Man sollte vorher ausprobieren, ob sich der Schall damit auf die Wand überträgt und verstärkt.

Außerdem ist ein Adapter vom Wellrohr mit 24 mm Außendurchmesser auf die "VARIOSAN Tankdurchführung 16669, 3/4" Außengewinde x 19 mm Winkel-Schlauchtülle 90°", die ich in den gelben Verschlussdeckel der WC-Cassette eingesetzt habe. Und ein Stopfen dafür, den man beim Ausleeren drauf macht. Der Adapter und der Deckel müssen flexibel sein, daher TPU gedruckt werden.

Ich habe einen Aktivkohlefilter aus einem Rohr DN100 selbst gebaut, durch den die Luft aus der WC-Cassette gefiltert nach draußen geht. Der Noctua-Lüfter ist kaum zu hören und der Kohlefilter ist auch besser als der vom SOG.

And a plug for it, which you put on when emptying. The adapter and the cap have to be flexible, so they have to be printed in TPU.

I built an activated carbon filter myself from a DN100 pipe, through which the air from the toilet cassette is filtered before it goes outside. The Noctua fan is barely audible and the carbon filter is also better than the one from SOG.
