Office Chair Castor Bushing

I put NAIERDI Office Chair Castor from aliexpress (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32944808613.html) to my IKEA Markus chair and was very happy with them.
However, after a year some debris (cat fur mostly) build up in top open axial bearing and it started to rust (see on picture).
I've cleared the bearings (using WD40 and bike clearing liquid), lubricated it with bike's chain lubricant and put the bushings that I've modelled.

I printed the bushings on Elegoo Neptune 4 in Jayo PETG with typical settings:
Temperatures: 245/75C
Layer height: 0.2mm
Line width: ~0.6mm
Speed: ~90mm/s
Supports required (I used Normal/Snug)

OrcaSlicer project 3mf file is uploaded, so you can see all other settings I used for printing.

STEP file is uploaded.

It is possible that the bushing will be compatible with other chair and castors from other manufacturer.
You can also try to print if from TPU (I did not do that).
