Description
WHY?
This is a ventilation system designed to vent the chamber air to the outside of the house. I have seen indoor ventilation systems but, really, can you be sure? Why not just run the fumes out the house? Also, makes the fans much more quiet.
WHAT?
The system consists of the Vent Cover, a Vent Cover Gasket to seal against the printer frame, a filter housing (optional) and a filter template (optional) to form fit the carbon filters.
Filtering
Use the filter cutting template to cut 3 carbon filters from a sheet and fit them in the slot of the carbon filter housing (push first on forward, second one back and last one goes in the middle). The carbon filter housing is then placed in the exhaust pipe, before attaching the ducting (replace every 3-6 months, depending on print frequency). Don't worry, I made the cylinder just big enough for a snug fit but still easy to take the ducting on and off.
Additional Parts
This will require buying addition parts, as listed, below, but they're relatively cheap and even cheaper can be found (no affiliation to any of the brands, just the first things I saw that would work and not terribly shabby).
