Here are the core BITS Components for board games with 284mm boxes, such as Steamforged Games's Horizon: Zero Dawn series!  Below is the same text as I used for the 315mm boxes, so if you've already read that, feel free to stop here ;)

The general logic behind these components is to treat the box as four quadrants and to make card and token holders sized to fill up a quadrant.  That way, each quadrant can be customized based on the needs of the particular game (like how many tokens or cards it has or any special storage needs).  My intent is to make derivatives of this project for game-specific components that "complete the system" for each game.

In this main BITS project, you'll find card holders sized for Standard, Medium, Small, and Mini sleeved cards.  There are both "stoppers" and "dividers" for each card size.  The Stopper is a compliant mechanism that snaps into the square holes in the card holder to stop the cards from flopping around if there aren't enough to fill the holder.  The dividers are extremely thin card dividers with tiny ridges along the top to help you align labels.

The Card Holders are designed to be able to be printed twice, with one acting as a base and the other as a lid.  There are tiny slots for four 1x3mm magnets on each half; these magnets are just strong enough to keep the lid closed.  If you want to use these magnets, ensure that you slice it so that there are at least 2 layers of plastic above them (there should be .3mm, so make sure that those layers are something that divides evenly into .3).  I printed a few of them with .2mm layers and the slots were too loose, making it difficult to get the magnets to stay inside.

There are also token holders that are sized to both compliment the card holders and to "stand alone" taking up half of their quadrant.  For example, if you're printing the 101mm wide Standard card holder, you can print the narrowest token holder (a full stack of 3 of them will be as tall as the Card Holder) and the two of them, side-by-side, will fill a quadrant.  If you print the 55mm wide Mini card holder, then the widest token holder will compliment it.  You get the picture!

Each Token Holder size has a lid that can snap onto it; I only bother putting lids on the top Token Holder in the stack.  They're a bit tough to get on at first, but they're not too bad once you get the hang of it.  The lids are very thin so that they can bend to open up the tines and snap into place.

As always, the .blend file and pre-supported .3mf (including the one that I used to print this on my Prusa MK3, although the support points should work for SLA printers) for this model are available to my patrons at https://patreon.com/VirtuallyJason. If you appreciate my work and have a few dollars to spare each month, please consider joining!
