Description
There are other DeWalt Trigger Clamp racks out there, but they all assume a certain number of clamps and a specific size of clamp. And they don't provide CAD files to adjust them. I have 4 different sizes. So I went and made my own. What I've done differently is that each clamp holder is its own 3d printable piece, with dovetail joints on each side for attaching to other holders. So you can print the exact number and sizes you need, then use a rubber mallet to attach them to each other into a composite rack. These dovetail joints are tight. You will need a mallet. Also, on the larger sized holders, there are two screw holes arranged vertically: this allows you to support the whole structure from a single stud with two screws, in case your assembled rack isn't wide enough to span two studs.
The three sizes I've made probably won't work for every DeWalt clamp. So here is the OnShape model so you can adjust it to suit your needs if you have clamps that don't fit these sizes. I'd love it if you could share additional sizes (or modular holders for other brands of clamps!) back with me:
