Designed to adapt to almost any window size and shape, this system utilizes interlocking lengths and specialized corner and cross joints, allowing you to configure the perfect layout for your specific space. Whether you need a standard square frame or a more complex geometric layout, the modular pieces connect seamlessly using dedicated extenders.

A key feature of this design is the integrated 15cm diameter ventilation duct. This pass-through channel sits securely on your window sill to hold a portable air conditioner or exhaust hose firmly in place. This  allows you to remove or adjust the main mosquito netting without having to disturb the ventilation tube, offering a semi-permanent solution that remains completely non-destructive to your home.

Once your frame parts are printed and assembled, attaching the mesh is straightforward. You can choose your preferred method to mount the completed frame to your window sill; magnetic tape works incredibly well for quick removal, but small strips of hook-and-loop fastener (Velcro) or custom 3D-printed mounting clips are equally effective.

A quick tip before you heat up your build plate: carefully measure your window dimensions and map out the exact combination of lengths and connectors you need. It is easy to miscalculate the geometry, so sketching a quick blueprint beforehand will save you from printing extra, mismatched pieces and ensure a perfect fit on your first try.
