Camper car fridge door holder (Knaus, Vitrifrigo)

In our camper car it's a good idea to keep the fridge door ajar when it's not running since it tends to accumulate a bad smell otherwise. However, leaving the camper with the fridge door open also means it's easy to drive off with the fridge door open, which is a bad idea. I made this thing which slots into the fridge door locking mechanism with a spacing distance so that the door stays somewhat open while still not being at risk of swinging randomly while driving.

I don't know how general this fridge door latch is. Our fridge is a Vitrifrigo Model C75LA KNS. It may or may not fit other models.
