OpenSCAD grade2 braille font module

DO NOT SCALE! Any scaling could render the braille unreadable.

This is a modification of the module posted with added elements for part word and lower cell contractions, numbers, and some basic composition signs. It will enable the production of accurate name tags in braille that are appropriately contracted. I will continue to update this module so please let me know if you find discrepancies.

With this tool I can now label 3D manipulatives for blind students!
