Walkera Tali H500 BN-300 GPS Module Spacers

If you wan to upgrade the GPS module of your Walkera Tali H500 Hexacopter with the new BN-300 GPS that adds Glonass support you will find that it will not fit on the place of the old GPS module inside the drone's body. The new BN-300 GPS module is slightly bigger, so in order to install it inside the body of the Tali H500 you will need to add spacers. So we have designed exactly that - a spacer to mount the new GPS module inside, you need to print 4 in total and you will also need a bit longer screws than the ones used with the standard module to attach the new one.

Print using a fine resolution such as 0.1mm and do enable support to get the best results, it should fit very nice if printed with PLA filament.With these spacers there is no need to use an external case for the GPS module like on the Walkera Scout X4, though the alternative solution to using the spacers is exactly that...
